LINDA'S STORY

As an avid runner, I was becoming increasingly frustrated with my old treadmill. I had purchased it off of the Buy & Sell Website a few years ago for about $500.00, so it certainly didn’t owe me anything. However, I was constantly running up on the motor cover due to the short track. Finally I decided it was time to invest in a better piece of equipment. I have survived running three half marathons and figure I’m worth it!

My first stop was a department store. While the sale prices caught my eye, I realized very quickly that I did not wish to purchase something of that value from someone who couldn’t answer my questions and didn’t know the equipment well enough to get it plugged in and turned on for me to try. Next, I went to some stores that specialize in home fitness equipment. Nothing particularly caught my eye, finding that the selection and quality didn’t seem to match the prices.

Finally, I went to Treadmill Express Plus. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection and price and how it stacked up against what I had seen elsewhere. What I was most impressed by though was the knowledge and information that I was offered by Tom, the owner. I was able to try out the equipment and make my decision feeling confident that I knew what I was getting.

My boyfriend felt confident that he could assemble the treadmill, which he did within a short amount of time. My first run on it was so much fun! The built in fan lets off just the right amount of air and I was very impressed by how great the speakers on it sound. No more headphones, just plug in my Ipod and Voila! I find the track has plenty of length and provides good cushioning. (I purchased the Sole F80)

I am very happy with the product, as well as the purchase experience. I am confident that if/when I have a service issue it will be handled in the same positive, professional manner. I have already told many friends about Treadmill Express Plus and would highly recommend them!
